Saurabh Mittal is a self-made billionaire entrepreneur and investor with a hands-on strategic value-add approach. He is the Founder and Chairman of Mission Holdings, his private global investment holding company.
Mr Mittal partners with world class entrepreneurs going after multibillion-dollar opportunities and helps them achieve massive scale with both capital and strategic value add. Mission Holdings is typically the largest shareholder of its core portfolio, operating as a true partnership across all issues of scaling and operating a business. Some of his portfolio holdings include ONE Championship (Asia's largest sports media property with a global broadcast to 1 billion viewers across 118 countries), Incedo (a US$100m data and analytics company with 2,000 employees), BSI Financial (a substantial Fin-tech player in the multi-trillion dollar mortgage industry), Deserve (a Silicon Valley based Fin-tech company backed by Accel and others), and many other companies across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies. He is the Chairman of the board at Incedo and Vice Chairman of the board at ONE Championship.
Prior to Mission Holdings, he was a senior partner at Noonday, an affiliate of Farallon Capital Management, one of the world's largest hedge funds where he was responsible for large public and private investments in the areas of Financial Services and Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT). Mr Mittal also was a co-founder of Indiabulls, India’s leading financial services and real estate conglomerate, and through the partnership with Farallon, helped the business achieve massive scale and success.
Mr. Mittal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. He holds a BS in Electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi where he was the Best Graduating Student. He is also a member of multiple boards including the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and Paarivar, a leading charitable organization running India’s largest residential school for destitute children. Most recently he was conferred the 2017 Distinguished Alumnus Award by the The Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Nitin Seth, is an accomplished industry leader with a unique combination of experiences – of an entrepreneur, a management consultant and a senior executive. Nitin has led organizations and achieved significant impact by raising the trajectory of their businesses, driving from strategy to execution, championing innovation, building hi-performance teams, coaching and inspiring leaders and most importantly, leading with passion and integrity.
As managing partner at Mission Holdings, Nitin oversees all the technology investments and advises investee companies in Mission’s technology portfolio.
Nitin is also the Chief Executive Officer at Incedo. He is responsible for definition and execution of Incedo’s strategy, creating and implementing on the company’s vision and mission and shaping a unique and effective organization culture. He is currently leading an organization wide transformation to realize the company’s goal of becoming a world-class technology solutions firm that delivers exceptional client value, has distinctive capabilities, and is an aspirational workplace for the best of minds.
Prior to Incedo, Nitin was the Chief Operating Officer of Flipkart, where he was responsible for customer and supply chain operations, strategy to execution capabilities and corporate functions for the company. He has also headed Fidelity International as the M.D and Country Head for India. Prior to Fidelity, Nitin was the Director of McKinsey’s Global Knowledge Centre in India (McKC). Nitin is a well-known and respected leader of the IT, BPO sector and Analytics industry. He has been elected twice to the NASSCOM Executive Council and was also the Chairperson of the Nasscom Regional Council (NRC) in Haryana. He is an avid speaker in the areas of entrepreneurship, business transformation and technology.
He holds an MBA (Majors in Finance and Operations) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a degree in engineering (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Nate Singer
Managing Director
Nate Singer has more than a decade of investment experience at some of the world’s leading institutions including Bain & Company, Noonday, an affiliate of Farallon Capital Management, Marcato Capital Management and Soros Fund Management. He is also an entrepreneur and founder of Angel Island Partners, a U.S. focused equities management firm. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Mathematics as Phi Beta Kappa and Valedictorian of the mathematics department before going on to earn his MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Investment Club
Jerry Ng
Vice President
Jerry Ng, has over 15 years of experience in international investment and fund management. Prior to joining Mission Holding Management in 2015, Jerry was Vice President with Everest Capital, a hedge fund specializing in global and emerging markets, from 2008 to 2015. Before his tenure at Everest Capital, Jerry spent 6 years with RBC Dexia Investor Services from 2002 to 2007, where he served in various roles. Jerry holds a B.S. (Hons) in Finance from the National University of Ireland.
Pritesh Vora
Vice President
Vice President, has 24 years of working experience in equity research and operational experience in industrial and energy field. He has 12 years of experience in international and Indian equity research. Prior to joining Mission Holding Management in 2016, Pritesh was a research analyst at Incedo Inc where he worked on Indian and US equity research. and prior to this he has also spent some time specializing research on energy sector. Pritesh spent 6 years from 2006 to 2012 as an adviser with Equanum Advisor Pvt. Ltd, where he was involved in Indian equity research. He started his career at Larsen and Toubro after completing engineering graduation and also worked for cairn energy He holds a B.E. (Hons) in Production Engineering from the University of Bombay and DME in Mechanical engineering.
Yan Yan Lin
Vice President
Yan Yan Lin is a seasoned investment professional. Lin began her career as an Associate Lawyer at Drew & Napier LLC before transitioning to business consulting and investment at L.E.K Consulting, Lagardere Services Asia Pacific and VisVires Capital. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB, Law (Honors) and received her MBA from INSEAD.
