Mr Mittal is a Founder & Board Member of IIT Delhi Endowment Fund modelled after endowment funds of top global universities.
Saurabh has endowed the Mittal Sports Center, a 50,000 sq ft Athletic facility for the IIT Delhi students.
40 annual “Mittal Scholarships” across junior and senior years are awarded to encourage leadership.
The Mittal Renaissance Scholars programme is another initiative instituted by Saurabh with a vision to help students in all-around development. This scholarship programme aims to encourage students to become all-rounders and excel in all fields of life. The MR Scholars are provided a scholarship of Rs 1.5 lakh per annum for up to two years.
